THE "WILDFLOWER" SERVICE PACKAGE: For couples who want to organize their own wedding but are looking for some local assistance along the way to help orchestrate the big celebration day.

One month before wedding:

  • Vendor coordination to confirm your suppliers are on schedule and suggest necessary changes if needed.

One week before wedding:

  • Meet you, the wedding couple.
  • Attend any final meetings with you.
  • Make sure the last minute details are taken care of.

Wedding Day:

  • Organize and prepare wedding site in conjunction with your specific service providers.
  • Escort Brides and or Grooms to ceremony location.
  • Oversee ceremony.
  • Assist with post ceremony celebrations.
  • Remain on-site until cake is cut or first dance.
  • Includes up to eight hours of wedding day service.

THE "ORCHID" SERVICE PACKAGE: For Couples who know that they want assistance from the beginning of their wedding day journey right up until the celebrations are well under way.
